Wildbach stands for honest chocolate craftsmanship. Every bar is handmade in a Bavarian manufactory, and since 2024, it has been produced entirely according to the bean-to-bar principle, from raw cocoa beans to finished chocolate. Only fair, directly traded ingredients are used: fine cocoa from Colombia, organic raw cane sugar from Paraguay, and milk from Bavarian farms. As happiness makers from Hamelin, we have chosen Wildbach for you because this approach perfectly matches our own standards.

    Wildbach drinking chocolates are made from highly defatted cocoa powder and fine raw cane sugar, with no artificial additives. The creamy Dark 50% and Mousse au Chocolat 50% are balanced and mild, while the Dark Chocolate varieties with 70% and 100% cocoa are strong and tart. Simply stir into hot milk or a plant-based drink and enjoy.

What Bean-to-Bar means at Wildbach

At Wildbach, every bar is produced entirely in-house, from the raw cocoa bean to the finished chocolate. Since 2024, the manufactory has even been pressing its own cocoa butter. This continuous process reduces dependence on market fluctuations and ensures consistently high quality.

The three pillars of the raw material concept: · Cocoa: from direct partnerships with farmers in Colombia, without intermediaries · Sugar: organic raw cane sugar from fair trade in Paraguay · Milk: from Bavarian farms with animal-friendly husbandry

How to keep your chocolate flavorful

Chocolate is sensitive to heat, light, and humidity. To preserve its flavour and melt:

· Store in a dry, cool place at about 14 to 18 °C and protected from light · Do not store in the refrigerator, as humidity causes sugar bloom · Store in the original packaging or an airtight container · Allow to come to room temperature briefly before enjoying

This way, each bar develops its full, well-rounded flavour.
